Kim Giddens is a Hoboken, NJ-based executive and team coach specializing in CliftonStrengths® for leadership teams, founder-led companies, and organizations navigating growth. She works with founders, CEOs, and executive teams throughout the New York City and New Jersey metro area — and virtually worldwide.
With 20 years using CliftonStrengths® and over a decade as a Gallup-Certified coach, Kim helps leaders and teams use their strengths as a competitive advantage — aligning people, priorities, and performance so organizations can scale without losing what makes them work.
Kim has coached thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams, leading sessions for groups of three to 300 — from one-time team intensives to long-term partnerships. Her clients include founder-led companies scaling their leadership teams, executives navigating growth and transition, and organizations building the systems and culture required for sustainable performance.
She brings nearly 30 years of hands-on leadership experience, including senior roles at Anthropologie, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, LOFT, and Cole Haan — giving her firsthand understanding of what it takes to lead teams through high-growth scaling, rebranding, and transformation.
Kim is the founder of Personologie, a leadership and organizational performance firm based in Hoboken, NJ. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is currently completing her Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) through the ICF.
