In 2015 she became certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach and leveraged her training to develop an internal development program for more than 125 managers leading a workforce of 3000.
She is an ICF Accredited Executive Coach (PCC) with additional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and Gallup Strengths, Kim uniquely combines her expertise in business strategy, coaching, and leadership development.
