Kim Giddens is a Hoboken, NJ–based team coach working with leadership teams across the New York and New Jersey metro area, and virtually worldwide.
She works with leaders who are accountable for business results and have to get them through a team — after a founder transition, a run of executive hires, or growth that outpaced how the group operates. The presenting problem is usually people. The real one is usually a way of working that was never designed for the scale the team is now carrying. CliftonStrengths is how she makes that visible fast.
Twenty years using CliftonStrengths and more than a decade as a Gallup-Certified coach. Thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams, in groups of three to 300 — from one-time team intensives to multi-year partnerships.
Before this: senior leadership roles at Anthropologie, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, LOFT and Cole Haan, leading teams and then teams of teams through scaling, rebranding and transformation. Her favourite place was always the floor — that's where the action was.
Kim is the founder of Personologie, a leadership and organizational performance firm in Hoboken, NJ. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Systemic Team Coaching® practitioner trained under Peter Hawkins, and is completing her Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
