I'm the Learning and Development Lead for Accenture France. I have managed a major part of my career in professional learning, to advise, manage, develop people from New Hired students to Executives, in Bank, Insurance and IT Industry.
My main focus is to give my interlocutors the ability to grow by themselves, to have confidence in their talents, and to choose their path. A full and conscious autonomy of the individual is my target!
