UNLEASHING STRENGTHS: I support teams, leaders and their organizations in using the strengths-based approach to better cooperation, being more effective, and appreciation of their own uniqueness. I support employee engagement by using Design Thinking approach.

As a result, my clients appreciate their own strengths and are able to use them, bringing value to their lives and the life of the organization.

I have 11 years of experience in designing and conducting trainings, coaching processes and consulting the implementation of brand and organization strategies. I have over 2,000 hours of training practice, I have a Business Trainer and Coach Certificate, Interpersonal Training diploma. I support the development of soft skills of Warsaw School of Economics students.

I am a co-founder of Strengths Community, which helps organizations identify and leverage strengths of their leaders, teams and employees. We support our Clients in strengthening engagement of their employees and developing their business. We know that people’s natural talents form a potential, which if unleashed drives business results.
