On a recent Called to Coach: Singapore Edition, we spoke with Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach Bhavani Prakash.

Bhavani Prakash started her working career in the finance industry, enjoying a lucrative salary and much deserved recognition. But she always felt there was something missing. In 2008, she received a figurative wake-up call to become an advocate for social responsibility, by raising awareness about the detriments of environmental irresponsibility.

Working with leaders and teams within various organizations, Bhavani uses strengths to help them operate in a more socially and environmentally responsible manner. She does this by having the teams map out their goals, then developing strategies around each of their strengths to efficiently and effectively reach positive outcomes.

Bhavani says incorporating strengths within an organization's culture takes serious buy-in from those at the top leadership level. When the leadership of an organization is enthusiastically on-board with a significant culture change, it's more likely that the rest of the company's employees will embrace it as well.

To hear more about Bhavani and her coaching experiences and expertise, watch the full video or listen to the audio above.

Bhavani Prakash's Top 5 CliftonStrengths are Positivity, Strategic, Maximizer, WOO and Futuristic.
