With a robust professional experience as a mental health therapist, mental health services, recruiting & training management and wellness coaching for the past 12 years; I have a keen eye for guiding others in identifying what resides within themselves.
Within my Masters of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy, I am equipped with a system theory lens from which I see businesses and individuals. Every business and individual's behaviors emanate from the system that they operate in. Talent identification and strengths development is the key to changing those behaviors, processes, and environments to achieve success.
