In addition to being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Yapaka Sorudkittaya holds a Post-Master of Science Certification in Adult Learning, Performance and Development and Master of Public Administration in Executive Development conferred by Drake University in the United States of America. She has also attained the highest credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) - Master Certified Coach (MCC). 

With more than 15 years of international experience in strategic leadership development, Yapaka is a people-centered strategist for positive change and a catalyst for success. She is adept at helping organizations and leaders to unearth their hidden potential and also to spur others to maximize their strengths to their full capabilities.
