Rochelle believes that focusing on strengths can shift individuals, companies, and communities for better results. She started Consilio to provide strengths-based workshops, business tools, and coaching to small businesses. She and the Consilio team work top-down with executives and leadership teams, and bottom-up with staff and associates -- depending on where the best starting point is to begin the strengths-based culture shift.
Combining her education and background in business administration and organizational development with her innate business sense, Rochelle helps identify the gaps -- in companies and in personal lives. Once these gaps are discovered, she partners with her clients to develop success plans, where people become the CEOs they envision for their lives and their businesses.
Rochelle's coaching style is philosophical and intuitive, but the edge is there when needed. While being very compassionate, Rochelle also knows how to give tough love to keep her clients moving forward.
