Laura Verkerk’s background includes over 15 years of entrepreneurship, consulting and marketing. During her career, Laura moved gradually from leading teams to coaching teams and managers embracing the Gallup Strengths Mindset. She activates herself and her team members to continuously invest in their natural talents and pushes the quality of work to ever higher levels. Together with Jurrien Mammen (Gallup Certified Strengths Coach) she leads the W3-GROW company and delivers high-quality Strengths programs to their vast base of (inter)national clients.  

With her in-depth Strengths knowledge and her natural talents to clarify, communicate and problem solve, Laura is able to create an environment where everybody feels safe and is respected. This enables teams to quickly grow their self-confidence and find better ways to sustainably and structurally work together, leveraging each others unique talents. With words and visuals Laura helps leaders and teams to prioritise and create a clear structure that helps build the desired culture where people feel connected and valued. This was also the reason for Gallup to invite Laura to speak at the inaugural Strengths Summit in 2016 (Growing a Strengths Practice by Breaking all the Rules).  

As the Engagement Director of W3-GROW, Laura tailors the experiences for corporate workshops for teams and individuals. Clients compliment her for her ability to co-create workshops and deliver high-quality materials. As a Strengths coach she facilitates leadership development by broadening understanding of behaviours in the teams using her vast knowledge of all 34 talent themes. Frequently delivered through workshops but also available through direct management coaching.
