On a recent Called to Coach India edition, we spoke with Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Sundara Nagarajan.
Sundara Nagarajan is currently Operating Partner at IndusAge Partners. He is leading the enterprise development advisory practice, focused on scaling businesses founded on deep technology innovation.
He passionately helps technologists to scale innovation, so they can impact the world positively. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, he blends coaching as part of the advisory process to help innovators scale-up business.
Nagarajan is an accomplished senior technologist with over three decades' experience in large global enterprises and early-stage companies. He has performed director-level technical leadership and executive management roles in product development and deployment serving Customers worldwide. His subject matter expertise is on computer systems architecture, data management and software engineering.
At NetApp and HP, he contributed to the architecture development of enterprise-class products and solutions. As a member of the founding management team of Philips Innovation Campus and as Director (Systems) at HP, delivered high-volume consumer and enterprise-class products. He also performed the role CEO for PIC managing operations of the center.
As Director-Technology at IPValue, he developed deep knowledge and expertise in the business aspects of innovation and commercializing intellectual property. Cofounded Bluefont Technologies to develop technology for high-bandwidth short-range wireless products.
Started his career at Wipro, during its early days of IT business and grew through different roles. At Wipro R&D, he contributed to several pioneering products, for Indian and international markets. He performed product engineering assignments at Intel Software Focus Group, Tandem fault-tolerant OS development and Xerox High-end Printing Systems, in the USA.
He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has served as Adjunct Faculty in the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, for 18 years.
Nagarajan holds M.S. (By Research) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calicut.
